A re-introduction to JavaScript

A re-introduction to JavaScript

JavaScript has come a long way in the past 20 years, from being used for simple rollovers effects and firing annoying popups, to being probably the worlds most popular language for web development, as well as being used as a scripting tool for OSX, GNOME, NodeJS and much more!

This MDN tutorial is aimed at intermediate developers and aims to bring developers up to date, and to clarify on out of date assumptions, and covers a good overview of the basics, including objects, arrays, control structures, custom objects and closures, with some interesting examples covering memory leaks.
